About Our Store

We ship all orders via UPS Mondays-Wednesdays. All orders will ship out via UPS Ground directly from our greenhouses. To preserve the freshness of your perennials, purchases made Thursday-Sunday will ship the following Monday.

We ship via UPS. When your order ships out, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You will only receive this email if you’ve provided an email address.

We take great care in packing your plants to ensure they arrive safely and in perfect condition. Each plant is securely wrapped with brown paper and excelsior wood wool. Excelsior wood wool, made from thin fibers shaved from aspen logs, not only provide excellent protection, but are also fully biodegradable. This eco-friendly packing method helps us deliver your plants with the utmost care while being kind to the environment.

When received, your plants will be in seasonal condition with appropriate foliage. If shipped between November 1st and March 1st, the plants may be dormant. Plants are fully rooted in the pot ready for immediate planting and may be trimmed for shipping.

Due to state and country regulations, we cannot ship to the following places: AK, AZ, CA, CO, ID, MT, NV, OR, UT, WA, HI, Puerto Rico and anywhere outside the U.S.

We are unable to hold an order for a specific delivery date. Once an order is placed our team works to get it out immediately to ensure that you get the best plants possible. We do not offer curbside pick-up at this time.

We do not accept returns. We always want our customers to be satisfied and happy with their purchase, so if you have any questions or need assistance, please feel free to contact us. We also encourage you to attach any relevant photos to help us understand your situation better. Your satisfaction is our priority.

No we do not!

If you are local to us, our farm is open to the public on Saturdays from 8am-4pm (March-October). On Saturdays, you are allowed to browse through the greenhouses and pick out your own plants! Please email us for more info on a Saturday visit.
