This compact form of Caryopteris has deep inky-blue buds that open to large cobalt-blue flowers, which are profuse on erect stems from late August to early October.  Best of all, the rounded compact habit means ‘First Choice’ requires little pruning and won't have the floppy habit some cultivars exhibit.  Pest and disease-free, it reaches about 36" at maturity. PP#11958.

Beautiful plant

What a beautiful blue color, I had to order a second!
I’m planting a perennial garden and I have ordered almost all of my plants from Perennial Farms. They are larger than most others, packed beautifully and ready to grow! I ordered a few plant elsewhere when Perennial Farms was sold out and the poor quality poor shipping small plants and price from other vendors have made me a dedicated shopper to Perennial Farms!
