Compact upright clumps of medium green foliage are 2' tall and a robust 3' wide.  In mid to late summer, the golden-brown inflorescence raises the overall height to 3'.  Slightly hairy leaves add shimmer to the foliage, and the stunning orange-yellow fall color compliments late blooming perennials in the mixed border.  'Cheju-Do' continues to provide interest in winter and can be cut back in early spring.  Plant 36" apart.
