This native cultivar will be welcome addition to the sunny border with its mildew-resistance and clumping habit. The light pink, purple-spotted blooms appear earlier in the season that other beebalm, from late spring to summer, drawing hummingbirds and butterflies to the tubular flowers. Noted for its purple new growth and stems, the fragrant, low-growing foliage is loosely upright and grows 24" tall. PPAF. Plant 24" apart.
